We have beautiful luxury suede silk ribbon jewellery boxes and we use unbranded exterior boxes for discretion purposes when shipping your jewellery.
You will also find a pouch for safe jewellery storage and a gift bag so it is ready to hand in case you sre ordering this for a gift. We assume that most jewellery orders are gifts and we will not include a receipt unless you advise us otherwise. Please do let us know on the checkout notes if you want us to add a card with a hand written message.
Gold is generally a beautiful and a very durable metal that you can easily polish to restore its shine even after centuries . A lot of people wear their gold jewellery everyday which is ok but there are some risks that you need to protect them from such as knocks, scratches against walls, rubbing against surfaces and any other jewellery as the metal or your gemstones can still get scratched or damaged.
General Rules:
- Store your jewellery separately, do not let them rub off on each other as it will result to scratches on metal and gemstones.
- Remove your jewellery before taking a shower, gardening, sport activities or swimming to avoid damaging them or losing them.
- Wear your jewels after applying a cream that is absorbed by your skin to avoid having grease and oils building up on your pieces that will diminish their shine and lustre.
- Do not rub your jewels against any hard surfaces and do not pull the chains or put pressure on the pieces.
- If your ring doesn’t fit your finger don’t put pressure and push it through. You can send it to us to resize it or wear it on a smaller finger. Pushing it by force is not recommended as it may result in having your ring stuck on the finger and even gemstone loss. We offer same day ring resizes for most of our clients - collectors (subject to the period and project workload).
- Gently clean your jewellery with a soft cloth and avoid contact with oils and creams. Clean them regularly to maintain their brilliance and beauty with a soft toothbrush.
- Avoid perfuming your jewellery or bringing them in contact with any kind of chemicals.
- Store your opal jewellery away from humidity or hot temperatures. Do not put them in contact with water as they absorb it and it might result to blurriness and change of fire play.
- Do not clean your moonstone and emerald jewelry with an ultrasonic cleaner.
- Use a mild chemical free soap, a soft cloth or a soft toothbrush or soft brush gently to clean them inside out and refresh.

The estimated handling time is 1-3 business days we ship from London, UK. The preferred method of shipment is DHL Express.
Duties will be prepaid & covered so you don't have to pay any import taxes.

Please note that our guarantee covers defected products and not normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse. The guarantee will be rendered void if your Leto Lama piece is altered by a jeweler or if any issues arise due to misuse. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, actions such as striking the piece against a wall, stepping on it, or rubbing it against abrasive surfaces.
To ensure the longevity and integrity of your jewelry, we recommend handling it with care and following all provided care instructions. We also offer complimentary annual after care plan where we check, tighten settings if required and clean your piece once year.
We also offer a complimentary annual cleaning - maintenance service for any purchased Leto Lama Jewellery and a soft polish to make it shiny or mat as new as well as a checkup of the prongs, the stone settings and the gold metal to make sure that everything is secure and in good order. We will also reset, tighten up the stones or fill out porosity, add metal density in case a setting is loose or if the gold metal becomes thinner due to heavy impact or strong wear and tear.
Please do the maintenance once a year with us as 18 ct gold metal is relatively soft and any impact or loss in metal density might eventually result to losing gemstones. It is a lot easier to tighten up a setting rather than lose a stone and reset it. You can do the annual check with us or if its outside your guarantee period you can do the checkup with your trusted local jeweller.
